How can i make an icon just using paint and nothing else? II'd also like to animate some. What do i need?

i heard sometihn like coffeecup and jasc but thsoe dont help.

Just go to Iconator.com and get any icon. right click and use save as. save anywhere. copy and paste alot!!! then open up paint. erase - use the eraser!!! - and get rid of it all. open up iconator and look for icon animator. Make as many slides as need. load them in iconator and ta-daw! bam! you have a icon. after the first two, it will be alot easier!
