It really depends on how many months pregnant you are. The first 2 months you have to be careful and then after about 6 months I would not fly because of the pressure in the cabin, it may not be good for the baby. Approach the airline and a Doctor to see what their views are on this

Yes, air travel is safe during pregnancy.
There are restrictions and each airline varies so it's best to check with the airline you are flying with. They usually say it's best to fly in the middle of your pregnancy (i.e. not the beginning and not near the end).
It's also best to visit your doctor before you go, they can advise you on what you can do/what you should avoid etc...
There is a slightly higher risk with DVT, depending on how pregnant you are. And they may mention things you hadn't thought of, for the flight and once abroad.

It is safe if you are in good health.

Even very sick people are air lifted to hospitals.

At one time Airlines had the guide lines about pegnancy. But I do not think they were enforcing it.
