Geschlecht, Drogen und Stein und Rolle... this is actually a literal translation of the English phrase Sex, drugs and rock and roll. The word "Stein" actually means a stone or rock. I don't know the exact translation of "rock" as in music. Hey, I am not German.

If you want to translate it, go with "Sex, Drogen, und Rock und Roll".
Geschlecht sounds awfully clinical and felsen und rollen just sounds goofy.
