Take her a doctor soon. Make sure you give her plenty of fluids because the diarrhea will cause her to be dehydrated.

Although your question doesn't totally scream it, it makes me wonder about celiac. Diarrhea, foul smell, and pale stools are all signs of it. Celiac can come on suddenly, but after that it's chronic.
Since you said that this has only been happening for five days, I'd bet that there's something that she's eating that isn't agreeing with her rather than something big like celiac. But I thought I'd mention it anyway so you can read the information and determine for yourself if you should mention it to her doctor.
As far as what might be upsetting her stomach otherwise, it could be anything. My daughter couldn't eat bananas for several months for some reason. It gave her diarrhea. Now, it's totally fine.
Here's a webpage by the National Institutes of Health on celiac -
http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases...
If that starts sounding familiar here are a couple of message boards for people with celiac and other gluten intolerances.

I hope she starts feeling better soon.

You should probably take her to the doctor. Most bouts of diarrhea that last several days have an underlying cause. On top of that, dehydration can become a serious issue with infants.

Yes I would take her to the DR immediatly. Has she had a fever as well? If so, you need to make sure she is not dehydrated. Having diarrhea for that long is way too long. Call you ped dr.

My daughter is almost 2 and she had the nastiest poops about 2-3 weeks ago. It eventually went away. You could see if your daughter will eat rice, that could help stop her up. Also make sure she drinks plenty of liquids, plain old water is best.

I suggest you take that little sweetie to a Dr. like now. The child will become dehydrated. Some small sips of 7up won't hurt I wouldn't imagine, but please get the sweetie to a doctor who can give you professional help....

Definitely be concerned, she may be dehydrating. Take her to the pediatrician ASAP! Get some pedialyte in her.
