Anyone know of any good ways to find out her ring size? Her boyfriend asked me to find out for him, but I don't want to just come out and ask, that would be too obvious. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Get it out of her through casual conversation, i get info all the time that way. Start talking about some common topic, use some nice segway into jewelry, say you wanna know what your ring size is and ask her what hers is (since youre related ) and then look at your hand like your trying to figure out what size it should be...or just pilfer one of her rings with the size etched into the inside and return it later.

..oh, and dont listen to the dork above me...he's a dork

Hmmm . . . the only sufficiently accurate way I can think of to do it discreetly is to find a ring she actually wears (because she might have some that don't fit) and measure it. Or you could just ask her and tell her not to tell her boyfriend. You could measure your own fingers and then compare them as you read her palms or something, but that's not accurate enough.

Oh, here's another idea. Buy a cheap ring you know is the wrong size and try to give it to her. When it doesn't fit, ask her what size she wears. That should do the trick if she knows her size! Good luck!

Go shopping togetber go to a ring store and act like you're trying on rings just for fun and ask her what her ring size is.

Take a ring she already owns, one that fits well on the finger her guy wants to give her a ring for and get it sized at any jewelry store. It'll be good for her guy and for you too, if you ever want to give her a ring also.

whilst my husband and that i've got been given married, he had to have his ring particularly ordered, because of the fact they only had the "generic" length in inventory, which befell to be 11. yet once you're sentimental like i'm, and stored the ring packing boxes, the size would be in there, yet then of direction you will desire to consistently do what they did on Roseanne (LOL) and take his ring mutually as he's drowsing, take it to a jewler, locate out the size and act such as you have been searching for all of it day and finally got here across it, and supply it back =)

If she already wears any rings, next time you're around her "notice" her ring and ask to try it on. Ask what size she wears.... Or if you're not around her, tell her you need some jewelry for a Christmas party or something and ask her what size ring she wears and if she has any you could borrow.....

Go shopping. After a full day of shopping stop into a jewelry store just to look. Her hands will be swollen by then. Look at right hand rings, and get the sales person to size you (both hands). Then get your sister sized (both hands). Play it like this is fun and goofing off.

Take one of her rings and trace around the inside on a piece of paper (so she doesn't notice it missing for a period of time), have him take it to the jewler but make sure the jewler knows it is the inside of the ring, not the outside.

Take a thin strip of paper and put it inside one of her rings. Tape or staple it in place so it is the same size as the ring.
