I think you have to take a man and add a radioactive spider bite...no, wait, that's how you make a Spiderman.
I still think you need something radioactive to make an incredible hulk though. That and anger or some other such strong emotion.
Oh, now I remember, you mix one nuclear physicist, then you have to get him somehow caught in the blast of a gamma bomb he created.
That should create your incredible hulk.

Buy and flat cake pan that has the face and shoulders of a character. Frost it all green covering all the area then hand sketch (looking at a picture) with black outline the features.
If this is too much for you go to a cake decorator. They can work miracles and you won't be stressed.
