You can start out with a blind date, and if you dont like them like you would need to to date them... you can just be friends. I think before you get involved with someone and start dating them you need to be friends first. That way they can see the true you, and see what you're like and what you're friends are like and what you're like around your friends, he cant get mad at you and 'break up' with you for stuff he doesnt like if you're just friends so its not a big heartache. I think I made, or we, made the mistake of dating before we ever really were friends and saw what eachother was like. (me and my boyfriend) So we jumped into the relationship and he didnt know how I really was around my friends which is like kinda silly, crazy, flirty, whatever. To him thats stupid and that I'm retarded because hes not use to it, hes used to the way I am around him which isnt that. So I did lose a lot of my friends that way, especially my guy friends that I was friends with ever since I was little. And hes weird around his friends and I dont like it but I dont make him lose his friends over it. I did alittle changing to make him happy and to make sure I wouldnt make him mad like that again. (not the smartest thing to do, but I did. I dont recommend it.) Its deff. good to be friends before.

i would say friends first, because you already know each other,
blind dates, no. because you don't know them and what would you do if he did something bad to you. you just don't know what you are getting into than if you were friends first.

friends are the best first. that's how me and my boyfriend we're before we started dating :) now, we've been together for over 21 months. we were friends for 3 weeks, then we became bf/gf :) but you'll never know. blind dates are funner and you'll never know what you're gonna get.
