God doesn't answer prayers. He doesn't exist.
Prayers are answered as frequently as "hoping it happens".

God answers the prayers which are most compatable with the needs of others, and to prove it, the Lord can answer th eprayer if ti aplies to a crisis such as unemployment. Since we ten t ocenter around ourselves, God will only answer our prayer if it suits the rest of the world. I pray for my wife to be safe, and BEHOLD she can do so fine.

God never ignores prayers that are made in His Will. If we are sensitive to His Will than we won't pray for what He won't answer. Drastic Example: God won't answer the prayer "God let me sleep with my neighbor's wife." It is against the Ten Commandments.

God answers ALL prayer, but just not the way we plan for Him.
Sometimes it is yes, sometimes no, and sometimes wait, but God won't ignore

He answers those prayers that are in accordance to His will, and are best for you. Not everyone prays for what would be best for them (too many people asking to win the lottery, when it would just ruin their lives). God knows what is best for you.

God does not ignore any prayers. Because he choses to answer them differently than we expect Him to, we are not being ignored. He answers according to his will, and according to our faith.
