Big fluffy down gloves. The are expensive, but the best.

If you are looking for something cheaper but warm, buy a mitten instead of a glove. When all of your fingers are closer together, they stay MUCH warmer. Also, make sure they go up your arms. The skin at your wrist is thin, and if it is exposed to cold air, it will cool down your entire body, including your hands.

Tough Nylon glove with Gore-Tex liner, and either fleece or Primaloft insulation.
