I do put a star, I like stars they're shiny.

Actually, it isn't a fairy, it is an angel.
An angel is appropriate, since it was a skyful of angels that announced the birth of Christ.
Some folks do put stars, though, it's a personal choice.

Ours is an angel that means a lot to us, tis tradition for us to put that particular one on the tree.

ive had to put a robin on the top of mine!
the star made the tree droop cos it was too heavy

I've always thought that an angel on top, with a big tree sticking out its butt, was an interesting symbol.

usually its an angel....

however christmas tree came from the pagan symbol for renewed life. so why do christians mix christianity with paganism?

note: christ wasnt born in december or even january, any biblical scholar knows this.
