OK...lie back and image:
Your boss's face physically melting as you tell him you've won the lottery and he can kiss your a** goodbye! Have the most gorgeous hunk escort you out the building, while you throw $100 bills out your pockets for your evil co-workers to grovel over. Maybe flaunt more money over the one that will lick the dirt off your shoes as you step over their face to your awaiting limo.
Now, drive to the airport, where your private jet awaits and wisks you off to a luxury spa, where you spend 4 weeks melting away the little 'fat' you have, and toning the muscles into works of art with your gorgeous personal trainer, who pampers you and only you the entire 4 weeks. Did I mention it was a nude, all-hetero male spa, with you being the only female for miles around?
Now...feeling better???

I'm sorry you had a bad day, try not to feel so bad about it though...trust me on this, soon enough you will forget all about it. You are not fat, I think you just feel that way because you are down, when I am sad it happens to me too.
When I am feeling down I try to remember that, 'every minute I spend feeling very down, is a minute I'll never get back', I'd rather think about all the good things that have happened to me, or the good things that are going to happen to me.
For now I would get a nice big duvet and put on a nice movie (my favourites are romantic comedies...like Hitch), and watch it with a good hot drink and a nice little snack.
Take care, hope you feel a lot more cheerful soon hun, keep your head up.

Come on girl, you're gorgeous! You are perfect the as you are. You're alive, you have job, you're really witty and intelligent and everyone wants to be your friend. Look at your future...(get past the iron deficiency and wankers at work and listen...) It is nearly a NEW YEAR!! Time to make the list of what you are going to do for 2007, a fresh start. Let's try looking for short course in something fun and interesting. Start riding the bike in Hyde Park. Meet new people so you continue to have a fresh set of friends to go out with or share ideas with. Pull out that diary and make some backpacking travel plans. You can do it. So much to look foward to its unbelievable. So, have another chocolate, watch a funny DVD and remember, TOMMORROW IS A NEW START. Out with the old, in with the new. x

Well, first of all...know that you are not alone, the stress of the holidays, etc. Nothing like this time of year to push a person to their limits. What I like to do is 1. remind myself that Christmas is just one day, and the real meaning of it continually gets obscured in the hustle bustle of consumerism. Try to tune that out and you'll feel a little better.
Happy thought.....in about 2 1/2 weeks it'll be a brand new year...and everything starts fresh. You get a new page, so to speak, hang on for that!! :-)

Your body needs some thing new, and this is triggering a protection mechanism on your equipment to merchandise any more desirable of the same old junk this is been having for years, and years. it really is better to really roll with it. attempt some thing different. an entire new meal plan, new recipes, and so on. you'll sense a great deal more desirable ideal =)

How does one 'feel' fat? Either you are or aren't. If you aren't you shouldn't feel it and if you are you should be proud to carry your weight with grandeur and finesse! Remember that thin may be 'in', but fat is where it's 'at'!!!
We all have days when we feel the world is kicking your a s s. Don't fret , just be tough and kick back!
As far as curling up with some happy thoughts; just remember that you are the only person in control of what you feel. Just feel the opposite of how you feel now and that's it!
Love,
Rey

Hey girl, We all have bad days but its good that we do.If we didnt, how else would we ever learn to apreciate the good ones.
I am sure you have alot of good things in life that make you happy.Just focus on the first one that comes to mind and the negative thoughts and feelings will drift off in no time.
