Type in the word "taser" on google, then search the news section and you will finf out that tasers are bing used to liberally on citizens.

no, they should not be banned, However, there should be a psychological training session for potential users, and strict guidelines should be set down.

If tasers are banned, the only way police will have of stopping a violent person is with bullets. Which would you prefer? The use of such weapons should however be closely monitored to make sure they are used appropriately.

Tasers should NOT be banned at all. In fact, they should be more wide spread. A police office, by law, has to announce to you that he will use a taser on you if you do not comply with his/her directions. So...what's the problem...you were warned after all. I have no pity on you.

By the way, what the heck is a 'finf'?

First, please do not allow 1 report to form your opinions. You do go on to say that you have Googled the subject but cite only one. Remember that if there are no problems Amnesty Intl. is not needed.
I personally would rather be tasered than shot so my vote is NO.

They are necessary. However, every time a cop uses one he should have to get hit with one to remind him/her that this is a dangerous weapon and not a toy for sadists.

maybe you would prefer that police instead of tasering should give a resounding "excuse me, can you please cooperate? pretty please? with a cherry on top?"
