Only if you want salmonella be violently ill and not be able to eat for the next week or so!!
If your hob works then poach the chicken or boil it, fry or grill it - making sure its white the whole way through - no pink whatsoever. Failing that even microwave it if you have one.
But if you have a deathwish then eat raw and book your hospital bed now!

Or eat something else

If you catch it yourself and butcher it, you can eat it raw, but don't eat professionally butchered raw chicken from the store. you never know where it's been.

It's all still risky if raw, but raw and fresh, if you prepare it cleanly and by yourself so that it is not exposed to sources of possible bacteria, sure you can!

I might suggest a few twinkies though, as an alternative.

No it is not safe at all to eat raw chicken, although I did see on t.v. where a man does nothing but eat raw and also spoiled foods. Raw chicken is highly contagious and carries a number of bacterias and deseases, and will make you exrtremely ill if you ingest it raw.

Definitely not! Cook it in some way........microwave it, boil it, or fry it it a pan with a bit of olive oil(or some kind of oil). Hopefully you don't mean that the stove top is broken too. If that's the case, use the microwave.

If you can't cook it then don't eat it. The reason we cook food is two fold 1) and most important cooking it kills bacteria and other parasites that might be in your food. 2) It just taste better.

Try frying or boiling on the stove or fire up the grill.

I wouldn't advise you to eat raw chicken. The contamination from raw poultry is so bad. that the say you are suppose to wash your hands after touching raw chicken because of the bacteria.

so please find something else to eat raw.

NO!.....why? because humans are not made to eat the organs of other animals...that is why we cook it and make our food look nothing like the original....its nasty, just eat raw foods like fruits and vegetables that are actually healthy for your body
