Send me your email address & I will email you copies of the 7 diskettes that make up Windows 3.1 .
You do know that you must have DOS 5.0 or 6.0 or 6.2 in order to install it on a PC ?
Incidentally, there is nothing illegal about me sending you these files...MS stopped worrying about 3.1 a long long time ago.

Go to downloads. com or tucows.com and ask them. Somewhere they should have a copy you can download for free.
