How do you get rid of a hangnail? Ouch!?

I usually wash my hands thoroughly, dip my nail clippers in alcohol (the baby/infant size work best on small hands) and snip it. Often I'll cover it with a band aid.

What i do is pull them out which can be painful or you can use nail clippers and cut it off.

if by that you mean a nail haging off your toe or finger nail then get nail clippers and clip it off
