Just ignore her or if it honestly serious you should get a restraining order against her, if she has been pestering for 5 years because it sounds like an obsession that she has and may have stalking tendencies. But you should go through with your wedding and shouldn't have to explain to her anything about your relationship.

Thats a tough one. Some people cant let go of the attachment of the one person that was always there for them. I had the same problem with my exgirlfriend. Unfortunately I had to be a really big ahole to her and lie to her about our old relationship before she finally gave up and left me alone.
