We found this amazing spice, but it was discontinued shortly after we bought it. Other similar spice mixes haven't been the same, so we're hoping to find a spice chef or some knowlegable person who can recreate it for us using the small sample we have left. I thought I heard of someone in Australia who did something like that, but I can't find her anywhere on line.

You could contact a major college near you. Perhaps they would be able to help.

You should also do your best to contact the company that made the spice mixture. It could be it's just not carried in the store where you're used to buying it.

Keep in mind that most recipes like this are protected in some manner by the company. While you may find out the exact ingredients involved, you won't know the quantities of each ingredient involved in the entire mixture.

I would contact the company that made it and ask them if they could release the recipe to you since they no longer carry it or if they can give you info on how you can obtain that particular spice else where. It is difficult to be exact on creating a spice.

I could not find any info on spice chef's or recreation of spices in my web search.
