Smile at them.
Look at their eyes when they are speaking.
Listen intently.
A touch on the hand while talking to them.
Open doors
Help them on/off with coat
Lean forward and speak closely -- works well in a somewhat noisy restaurant
When you are ready to kiss, lean forward while speaking and switch your gaze between her eyes and lips
Compliment her -- but don't overdue it. You can compliment her clothes, smile, eyes, hair, perfume (I personally love that one), but don't be tacky and compliment her figure or body parts.
Try not to stare at her chest!
When walking into a room, hold the door, let her go before you, then catch up and walk beside her with your hand just above the small of her back.

omg there are sooo many ways that girls like for flirting. basically anything! careful tho, because if you turn ur flirt on with every girl, then they'll never kno who you like or if you like them! so....the playful fighting kind of flirt, the taking something of hers and making her chase you for it, the joking...everythin! bragging in a sarcastic tone is also cute. hope this helped and good luck!

It all depends on the girl. Some girls like guys who are witty, some like them serious, some girls like the macho type but others like the laid-back sort. I've seen all of them succeed - except perhaps the serious ones. But the best method is to be yourself. If she likes it, you're in. Pretending is almost always disastrous.

in truth I think they would rather hear what you think and feel about them. If you are truley interested in them that should be the most inportant thoughts anyway.Heck of alot more than just coming up with a stupid line trying to get into their pants!

I like when a man talks to me - not my body - they show respect,
tell things about themselves and ask specific things about me.
and of course if you haven't spoken yet - that "look" from across the room is always nice
