what is enecephalomalacia,, intracerebral thrombosis ,please help I'm trying to piece together my dads death

this is what's on my dads death certificate and is all I have to go on so please no text book answers and serious replies only

Your dad had an aneursym in his brain.

Enecephalomalacia is a brain hemorrhage.
Intracerebral thrombosis is a blood clot in the brain.

It was a stroke. Basically, a blood clot formed/went into your dad's brain, and caused his brain to bleed, and that is how he died.
