Three pin plug (PNE), each pin rectangular in section, Earth vertical, Phase and Neutral angled at about 35 degrees... ah, heck, check this page - it says Australia, but NZ is the same.

The eight pictures at the top of the page are typical plugs and sockets.

Type I

Used in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

This plug has a grounding pin and two flat prongs forming a V-shape. Although the plug looks very similar to the one used in Israel (type H), both plugs are not compatible. Australia’s standard plug/socket system is described in SAA document AS 3112. Although there are slight differences, the Australian plug mates with the socket used in the Peoples Republic of China (mainland China).
