That would depend on the speed of your connection.
but you should get Gimp instead, it does almost everything Photoshop does and some things Photoshop can't do and it is absolutely free.

Download time will depend on the type of connection you are using (dialup, DSL, Cable etc) and the connection state (overloaded, very busy, busy, inactive) of the server you are attachung to to download the software. Also, the version of photoshop will also have an impact cuz of differences in file sizes. I downloaded Photoshop Elements 5 and the other one (both trial version) on the weekend and those were huge 600 - 700 MB each. I did not check the time it took but it was relatively fast as I have a very fast connection and it was done late when their server activity was low.
So back to your original question - How long? Cannot say for sure cuz of the variables but it could be anywhere from 15 mins to hours.

Photoshop is not a program you can download. Its not free and its illegal to download or copy it. You go to the store and purchase it and then install from the CD.

It depends on your internet connection speed , if you have a dial-up , it will take a very long time I think , but if you have a dsl it eill be faster ..
But if you meen to INSTALL it , wich means to setup the program on your computer , this takes about 10 minutes ..

It illegal To download it. You're probly getting a free trial. its about 15-to 120 mins. MAC and PC. I suggest Buying it at walmart.
