Use a search engine, like yahoo! if this is an error your computer is giving you, than type the error in a search, should come across others who have had the same problem, and it might include a solution. There are plenty of sites dedicated to the everyday "bugs" you come accross using a computer.

This is a bug -- the DHTML Page Designer programmer created a routine help link but there never was such a file.

No one has it.
Just wait for a fix like all of us who run into this error.
