You know, I would like to call up a pharmacist that doesn't dispense the morning after pill and debate that with them. It would if nothing else be an interesting conversation.

Sort of a "Chicken or the Egg" type of thing.

I don't know that it is ethical, but it is legal. A pharmacist can refuse to fill any medication for any reason. If I were a pharmacist I don't think I would tell my reason if it were due to religious beliefs as that would certainly bring "heat" into my professional life that would not be necessary. But some people feel really strong about this and that is one thing our country is founded on, is your right to religious freedom and speech. Rather than argue, just take your business elsewhere, I am sure another pharmacy would be glad to have it.

The pharmacist the only thing has to do ...is to fill the prescritions and follow the law as described for his profession the pharmacist is there to make money and pay his bills...is up to purchaser to buy or not buy...acording his ethics and religion believes... Also VIAGRA is not great only during sex...is great if you want to pleasure yourself too one more time after or before sex., when a sex partner is not around.

No way.
Honoring the prescription might transform that pharmacist into a hero over night.

not unless you are by far not into pharmacudal sex and offering the doctor a cigar meaning all those things that had to be figured if i were a perve about the prescribing pharmacist were to sleep in bed at night and favor his own penis because he like the thought of the rich and famous having intercourse but if it smells as bad as the gigar he should be told just imagine what shed smell like after my mouth is on it is what you should say who cares about if it is wrong only a pharmacist will intice ever need for someone getting their *** beat and noone will want to do it because he wouldnt be able to give out the love candy lmao

Not everyone who uses Viagara uses it for ED. It is indicated for pulmonary edema also.
If it's a legal prescription, and the person is not taking any drugs which may interact with it, then there should be no problems.

It is beyond that type of scrutiny because a pharmacist is obligated to perform the duties of his job. Not legislate morality.

No, in my opinion, it is a sin to deny to fill any prescription. It is what you signed up to do as a pharmacist.

Viagra is OK.

The problem would be in honoring a prescription for contraceptives.

I don't understand your questioning. I mean, even if the pharmacist were Catholic, he'd be wanting you to be fruitful and multiply. And, we know what that takes, don't we?
