No, not usually. This is a very small dosage. Since Tramadol is not a narcotic, you probably will not have withdrawal symptoms. This is a good medication for people who cannot take anti-inflammatories and who do not want to take Class II or III narcotics.

I hope the meds work for you for pain or nerve damage. Most dosages of Tramadol or over that level, so you are totally okay. Check your bottle and follow the instructions on the label and take the amount prescribed. If you are having what you suspect are withdrawal symptoms, call the doctor who prescribed this and ask for information or help.

Best wishes for the Holiday and for your health as well.

Tramadol is generally well tolerated and side effects are usually transient. Commonly reported side effects include nausea, constipation, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and vomiting. Less commonly reported side effects include itching, sweating, dry mouth, diarrhea, rash, visual disturbances, and vertigo.

Your pharmacist has more information about tramadol written for health professionals that you may read.

Withdrawl yes, that happens with any medication taken for a long period. Your individual body chemistry dictates weather you will continue to have side effects.
