Honestly. Ma'am. Just because a person is not a good person and is hypocritial, does not mean you have to lower yourself to her level. By calling her ma'am you will be rising above her and showing the world you are different from her. By lowering your standards and calling her names, you are showing yourself to be of a lower standard than I am sure you wish to be.

Now, in the back of your mind "Hateful ole bit**" works well.
