Common sense would say unlock the door and get out, but the fun side of me says,
1. Take the hammer and knock the windows out.
2. Take the screw driver and use that and the hammer to knock holes in the car.
3. Shoot the tires, and blow a hole in the motor.

I would get very desperate after four days, and I would probably start banging my head with the hammer, then stick the screw driver in my ear, and if that didn't work, use the gun and shoot at people walking by... maybe then the police could help me.
Just kidding...
Unless I am locked in the trunk (boot) of the car, I would simply unlock the door and get out.
