How do you like your pork?

Do you like your pork hot and wet, rubbed and spicy, or sloppy with mashed potatoes? (Other suggestions welcome.)

I like to brown it with salt, pepper,garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce, and then put it in the slow cooker with a few bay leaves and enough water to cover the top of the meat, and then cook it on low for about eight hours. Then make some mashed potatoes, and make some homemade gravy from the juice it was cooked in.

Take boneless pork chops, brown them in a pan until they are cooked. Then add dry white wine to the pan, cover, and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with pine nut couscous.

If you are talking about BBQ ribs- dry smoked just like the Rendezvous in Memphis, Tennessee.
Otherwise I like a nice Cuban garlic porketta or a loin smothered in horsin sauce.

I simmer them for at least three hours with cloves and bayleaves, then I make a glaze of 3 parts ketchup to 1 part pancake syrup and bake for about ten minutes. Yummm.....

pork is a very versatile meat so i would have to say it depends on the cut of meat i like it it hot,cold,wet,dry,spicy,mild,herby,plain with mash,roasties,pasta,chips or on its own

hot and wet? that sounds kind of fetishy. i like pork and pineapple tacos -- if you have an authentic taqueria around or you are going to mexico any time soon they are called tacos al pastor.

I like it the Austrian way, stuffed with fruit and shoved in the oven and baked, yum, yum(oh and don't forget the skewers, got to have the skewers)
