Havnt a clue how 2 shrink ur head, have u tried knitting ur own jumpers or maybe u could stick to V neck jumpers!!!

get some jumpers that are your size and that fit. you don't have a over sized head it is just that your jumpers are too small!!

My uncle had a trick for getting an egg into a milk bottle, I think you had to boil one of them or run it under a hot tap.....
But maybe if you had asked ,
How do I get an egg into a milk bottle withou breaking the egg, more people would respond.

Nope, ur head is not over sized............u have a normal head just try to relax and get urself going on well but dont over-stress urself thinking about matters.

No, start buying cardigans they will not shrink your head but they will be easier to put on.
