Hang on...

Ok, a blurry photo can be troublesome. It may mean that the resolution is too low. As we say in the graphic biz, "you can't polish a turd" -- but don't despair, there is one thing you can try.

Open the photo, and go into "Filter" and choose "Sharpen" and then choose "Unsharp Mask" It will let you slide the three sliders and with "preview" clicked, it will let you see the effects.

If this doesn't work, then you may be SOL, sorry!

in case you're calling out of concentration photos blurry, then there could be minimum sprucing do. in case you're calling blur led to by digicam or situation circulation by means of slow shutter speeds, then no,no longer something could be performed decision has to initiate with the digicam placing. If the "photographer" became capturing at low decision because of the fact they did no longer have adequate reminiscence taking part in cards of their pocket, you're caught. rather, you could no longer paint a barn with a single bucket of paint. maximum of my colleagues constantly shoot uncooked + JPEG. they by means of no skill be responsive to while they're going to be reported as upon to produce a high quality TIFF report. additionally, if the lighting fixtures variations all without postpone, the uncooked report supplies them a wager to make corrections collectively as processing the uncooked report. With JPEG, what you spot is what you get for the main area. Sorry to hearken to that the photographer you picked became no longer in a position to do their activity appropriate and left you with sub-par photos of your great day. in case you may get the unique image documents from the photographer and take them to an authority retoucher, they are in a position to salvage a number of the main mandatory photos for you, yet for a value.

Hmm...I don't know about that program. Try typing in the name on Google with "instructions on how to fix...etc", and something should come up.

A really neat little program for editing up photos is Picasa2. You can get it free here:

If you have a good photo editing prgm, try the 'sharpen' function usually under 'effects'. 10 to 1, if the picture is too blurred no amount of sharpening will help.
