In the international food sections in any grocery store, sometimes it comes in powder form and you have to add water to it. I bought it in Stop and Shop here in Connecticut not too long ago.

I'm in New England, and all of our major chains carry it, but in powdered form, in with the Asian foods. The one I bought comes from the Sushi Chef brand. Little round cannister with a black label.

Check out the Oriental or Asian food sections. It's usually in a very small green can. You can also call the store and see if they carry it. Good luck!
