As a man, we naturally think girls want to know about us and who they are getting themselves into. This however, is definitely not the case. I have been seeing someone for three weeks and I am not even sure she knows my last name. And this is the reason why, and I quote, all girls want to talk about is themselves and nothing more. Only answer questions if she throws one out towards you and believe me, there will not be many if she is like the other 98% of the girls out there. Therefore, compile a list of questions you can ask her before the next time you meet and you will have no trouble keeping a conversation going. Because we are the guys, we get off easy when it comes to talking to other girls. For every 30 sec. a man talks a girl will talk for 30 min. So just keep asking the questions and if a awkward silence arrives say something comical but more importantly, be yourself. Good Luck!

People love compliments,so compliment them on something and ask where they got it from. Then expand on it. For instance, where did you get that bag/shoes/top from I love the colour? Then continue on to say they have great taste and how YOU love to shop at......or eat at....or travel all the way to ..... to buy your favorite... then flow on to ask if they like travel, where did they last go,, then from their answer you carry on to say how you last went to a place like that....and what funny things happened to you there and so on. Basically, ask a question and from every answer you get, you ask another question about it or expand the conversation out by telling your own experiences .... If you are joining in a conversation of a group half way through, get the gist of one tiny bit of chat, expand on it by asking questions, then add your own tales to something along the same line of subject. That subject will then continue to another (slightly) related topic and so on. By the time the night is out, you would have covered everything from which side of the family her lovely blue eyes came from to how you and your mates got deserted in the back streets of an Italian village by a drunken cab driver one fateful weekend.

Just be contrary, get into a heated debate, then give in. See what happens.
