Still pretty useless if you are a pencil ****. 12 inches tends to hit cervixes.
See if he can add something more useful, like implanting a tongue, a TV might be useful and an mp3 player.
Oh yeah, don't expect to have feeling down there for a couple of decades muhahahaha
