If you are not comfortable at all, then don't go through with it. But if you are willing to have sex, then try to relax because that will help take off the tension on your muscles. Breath and start with a lot of foreplay especially for you because it is painful the first time. Tell him he needs to be gentle and if you can relax and enjoy it, then I think you will be fine. Remember, be gentle and relax.

First thing to do is be relaxed, make the surroundings warm.
Lying on something soft is a good idea too.
When beginning, let him use his finger to slowly "open you up".
Be sure he is slow and gentle. In a few minutes, your vaginal walls will have naturally opened and will give passage to his erection. Again, he must be slow and gentle. If it even slightly begins to hurt, tell him to stop immediately. In that case, you may need a lubricant to make it easier.
MOST IMPORTANTLY-----be sure he is wearing protection.

Everything about sexuality is in your mind. Try to take away all those myths about the first-time you've heard. Do not think, only feel. As long as you are in touch with your emotions, and in touch with your boyfriend's, there is no need to hurt. Your vagina is made of elastic muscle, so anything bigger than a penis would fit. Good Luck!!

The biggest key is to be with a guy that will take it VERY slow for you the first time, and be understanding in case you ask him to stop.

He needs to listen to whatever you tell him, but beyond that, he needs to take his time, warm you up with plenty of foreplay and maybe oral.

There are other things you can do, but the most important thing is making sure he understands that you NEED to be in total control your first time.

Good Luck!

Make sure you're fully aroused, and RELAX. Make sure he is the one that you want to have the bragging rights of your virginity, and make sure you arent going to regret losing it to him. If he is slow and gentle, and makes you feel loved, you'll have no problem. The first guy i was with was careful, gently, and loving, and i felt little pain at all. And even though ive lost touch with him, i dont regret it even now.

Relax! Use lots of lube. Let him finger you first to get you excited. Tell him to go slow and shallow at first until you can handle the whole thing. Good luck!

An ample amount of lubricant, a very patient and sensitive partner, and possibly if your partner would start fingering you so that you will open up some.
