You can use any cookie under the sun in replacement of graham cracker crumbs! As long as it is a "crunchy" style of cookie. Smash them up in a zip-top back with a rolling pin until they are a fine crumb OR blend them up in your food processor until they are a fine crumb. Add you sugar, butter, and spices as the recipe calls for. Your good to go!

I am not familiar with products in Europe, but try some plain cookies like Vanilla Wafers. For a chocolate kick, try Oreo cookies. If you really need graham crackers, can you find a premade pie crust of graham crackers like Keeblers? Just scrape it off!

I bake chocolate chip cookies. Cook them a little longer than i usually do, so they are crunchy, but not burned, then cool them and grind in a food processor. A little bit of butter and you have a pie crust.
Im sure you could just buy some chips ahoy and grind them up. I think they add a little something extra to recipes that call for grahm cracker crumbs.

Take some crackers and pound them or use breadcrumbs that have been allowed to get really dry - you can do this in the oven.
Also, Japanese Panko is a good substitute
