At age 14 there are few jobs available besides fast food restaurants. Get part-time jobs helping out neighbors with yard work, house work, baby sitting, etc. whatever you're good at.

I'm not in Phoenix but I know around here it has gotten almost impossible under 16 to get a job.
Babysitting. Lawn mowing. Snow shoveling. Dog walking. Be inventive/creative yourself.

why are you asking that question here? Look at the classified ads just as anyone who is looking for a job would do. When you find something you would like to do or think you are qualified to do call them and ask them.
