recommended 4 to 8 months jail can even face 1 to 2 years prison time

Sometimes they let you slide (seen that) and sometimes they arrest you and give you a crock of BS (seen that too). I try to avoid keeping drugs in my car when I cross into Canada.... Or else hide it reallllll well. Haha. You don't get searched everytime you cross.
