This is good for the phlegm in your throat you can have, as well as apparent cold symptoms. A nurse passed it on to my mom.
Take a piece (or 2) of peppermint or cough drop (any kind) and put boiling water in like a coffee cup and let dissolve. You can add a dash or two of lemon juice if you have it. It helps to extract cold etc..from your throat and chest too. Try it you will be amazed! If you have a microwave put water in the cup, at least halfway or more and then drop mint in, and microwave for about 2 minutes, stir and sip (if you have a coffee stirer this is easier to sip in tiny sips.) The same works with tea bags, put in water in cup then microwave, it brews without all the fuss. Toss or reuse 1 more time. Save time too.

Herbal teas with honey, or a little brandy. You could also use a nasal spray if your congested.

Look it up!

(That's what your answer was to me, when I asked a question that does NOT have the answer on-line ANYWHERE!! Your question could EASILY be looked up.)

PS - if you can't be helpful, don't answer - huh?
PPS - for someone that is home schooled - your spelling is TERRIBLE!!
