I have a brother who is married and has a litte girl. Problem is that he also has a drug problem. The two of us recently had a falling out over this and some other issues. He will not admit that he has a problem and says that I wrong because I had a drug problem but am noow clean. I want to get help him and he refuses. I also don't want to leave my neice completly alone in that situation. Should I call the cops and tell them what is going on and rat him out or let fate take its course and hope that he finally sees his ways?

I wouldn't call the cops that would just make matters worse. Sit your brother down and discuss the fact that you saying this out of concern because you don't want to see him go through the same thing you did. Maybe suggest that your niece could stay with you so he can some time for himself, hopefully he'll use this time to get clean. Overall just be there for him and your niece. He's not going to admit he's got a problem or that he needs help, but if he sees that help is there he may just do it on his own in his own time.

i think you should talk to child services if he has a drug addiction. if you want what is best for your niece and brother, this is what you should do.your brother needs help. and you are his sister, right now he needs you. he will thank you for that later.Good Luck, and God Bless

It obvious he cant except he has a problem so until he does he wont deal with it. Wat does his woman think? Does it bother her? If not then let it be.
