The price, level of maturity, and the name.

But you can just get ur Lib arts or begining 2 years at a community college then transfer to a "good" school with a big name and pay less for your 4 year degree then the saps who go straight to the big name schools and pay out of pocket right off the bat.

Its like asking whats the diference in buying a plain white t-shirt from Banana Republic or Walmart...

Community Colleges are 2yrs and a regular colleges like; Universities are 4 yrs.

Community Colleges tend to offer limited courses, offer only 2 year degrees and they accept nearly everyone.

community colleges usually dont have dorms and you dont need good grades to go there. Community also means public. and regular colleges are like private

regular are usaully better and more money and longer plus they are harder to get in but they are diffenatly what im gonna try to get into
