How do I deal with children wanting to live somewhere else?

My children want to come live with me & I have been to court over this and their grandmother won't let them live with me but she will allow them to live with their father. I have done everything that was asked of me by the court & they still turned me down. What else should I do. My children are so unhappy right now. I gave her temopray custody until I was able to get on my feet, now that I am she wants to fight me on it. What should I do?

Depending on there age the childeren have a big part to play in this decision. Contact a reppible Family Lawyer.and take them back to court. But make sure you have all your ducks in a row, and your act together. Because as you probably know they check everything.When you go to court go there with one ting on your mind . That you want your kids back! Don't go there looking for revenge or bad mouthing anybody.Especially your Grandmother. Tell the Judge you are greatful for what she has done for you and your childeren, But you and your kids want to start your new life together...Tell the Judge you may have made some mistakes in your past, But thats what it is the past.....Good Luck hope everything works out..

Number 1 how old r the kids? R they teenagers?Your grand mother only has tempery custody she should give them back. My question is why r the courts turning u down there has to be a reason why they wont give the kids back to u.

I guess by now you realize that was the wrong thing to do. Never give anyone temporary of your precious ones. Especially when you make it legal. You could have kept your kids and struggle with them it would have been hard but they would still be with you. All I can say is try getting you a lawyer.
