APO's/FPO's are assigned by unit and location. You need to check the unit's website. It should contain a "deployed" address... at least, the USMC sites do, for deployed units.

You'd send it to new york they send it on to the FOB.

it depends on his unit. everyone is different contact his command at home they can tell you
