Spontaneous is always better because she definately isn't expecting it. Most women love it when a man just does things out of the blue without alot of thought going into it. Don't get me wrong, we love the planned out things as well, but just laying there relaxing on the couch watching tv and your man reaches down and starts massaging your foot.....wow....next thing ya know there will be alot more massaging going on....just in different places.

that was funny lol anyway honestly a foot massage sounds awsome want to come over JK she should like it as long as she is not ticklish,but candles and oil is really extra special and if it was me that would be great so i would say go with just a regular massage first then on another day as long as she enjoyed the first round do round 2 with the oil and candles even draw a nice bath with bubbles and candles maybe a glass of her fav wine or champain if she likes that stuff and wash her back give a little shoulder massage and then do the feet and then say ok honey enjoy your bath n leave her alone so it doesn't look like your only doing it to get something yourself.That would be sweet as well as unselfish.Good luck n i hope i could help.

You can give your other half a foot massage any time , while she's watching TV, take her slippers off and get a cushion with a nice clean towel to save ruin the cushion with the oil you have got hidden by the side of the sofa, I bet she will give you a nice gift back at bed time lol. A body massage is good oh all them aches and pains you can do that in the bed room with candles and soft music , by gosh I think you will have a even better gift at bed time lol , happy massaging . Unrequested and spontaneous is best... it's good to have a light-textured oil, like sweet almond or grapeseed on hand. You can usually buy them in the skincare aisle of health food stores.

I've never given ANYONE a foot massage. But it wouldn't bother me to give another woman a foot massage.
