You have a tight foreskin my friend. You can try doing some foreskin stretching exercises for a while. These work pretty well. You need to clean it out too. Sometimes a bacteria buildup inside of the foreskin can contribute to the tightness. Be gentle and use some warm water. You might want to use a penis health creme too. These help kill some of the bacteria down there. Hope this helps.
