There are always two sides to every story. She has probably done things to you that could be interpreted as harassment. Save all e-mails, phone messages, and any letters, and talk to a lawyer as soon as possible. Usually lawyers do not charge for the first meeting.
If someone has accused you of harassment, then avoid that person if you can, and only talk to her in the presence of witnesses. Do not return her phone calls or respond to any e-mails (but be sure to keep copies or recordings of any messages or letters sent to you).
