i does no longer recommend appearing on impulse because you're upset with him, this can reason extra complications than you're waiting to handle. You both chosen to be irresponsible. you'll have a baby contained in the close to destiny, how are you going to describe daddy being in detention center because mommy were given mad and reported him to the police? it truly isn't any longer going to sparkling up any of your complications. you're both youthful and obviously immature. it truly isn't any longer very in all possibility that the case would get prosecuted, fantastically at the same time as they study your motives for reporting him. Anger in no way solves something. If he did not choose a touch one, he might want to of idea about that before, now it truly is too overdue. both of you need to positioned aside your themes, and make judgements that are purely right for the infant. Neither easily one of you come back first anymore, the infant does, in case you are able to't deal with than gie the infant up for adoption.

No it is not... go ahead and mate with a 12 year old while you can...

I think this is all BS, does soemthing special happen to girls and boys at 18? I mean why is that it can be a rape at 17.9 years, but okay at 18???? I think we should go by how mature the person is instead... though i don't think we mature till we are well into our late 20's or early 30s.

I don't know about legal statutes in Alabama but I bet you would be hard-pressed to find a judge who considers that to be statutory rape. If she is over fifteen, then how can anyone question her consent? If you think she shouldn't be doing it, that is one matter. If you think she was forced to do it, it has to be sexual assault, abuse or some other forced crime.
