Girl, he is full of it. You need to move on. Why would you want to settle for less and deal with someone that apparently has no respect for you after 11 yrs? I'm sure there is some other guy out there that would love to treat you like a princess. Get away from the unneccessary drama and baggage. Been there, done that.....better things are in store for ya, I promise!!!
