Rub them with your favorite herbs and spices, and place them skin side up on a baking pan, uncovered, preferably with a little space between them. Put the pan on a middle shelf in an oven that has been preheated to 350 F. Bake (actually "roast") for 40-45 minutes. They are done when a knife cut through to the bone brings out clear, not pink, juices.

350-375 and bake them until the juices run clear. That should be about an hour and 15 minutes depending on their size and if theyr'e uncovered.

I do game hens at 375 for an hour so I assume 375 and you will have to monitor the first time to see how long
