Tschaikovski wrote ballet music for Cinderella.

For Snow White, I'd play "Some Day" sung by Snow White. Look for it in music produced by Walt Disney.

Watch the Disney Cinderella and Snow White movies for other suggestions.

There's a Roger's and Hammersteins Song Which is great all about dreams and such Called "There's Music In You". If you want something that is Classical and great for love and life There is the "Wedding Cantata" from Daniel Pinkham I have actually used the first movement at the end of a production of Snow White I've Directed" Also "A Time For Us" is a good piece as well. Good Luck

How about going to old standards? For instance, look at "I Could Have Danced All Night" from 'My Fair Lady' for Cinderella.
