It is not a big deal but it will still hurt the flu shot. nasal mist is wat u put in ur nose, i have it. U'll be fine

The flu shot, in my opinion, is an absolute sham. I have known people who take them every year, and still, almost without fail, contract the flu. I have never taken the flu shot and I have maybe gotten the flu twice in my entire life. Like much of what the modern medical community promotes nowadays, the flu shot is pure bunk. Your predilection towards getting the flu is dependent on how strong your inherent immune system is, and on how clean you keep yourself and your surroundings and avoid contact with sick people. That’s it. When a remedy, or vaccination causes more problems than it solves, it is not a remedy at all.

The flu shot causes your body to make interferon. Interferon makes you feel like crap. But it's better than getting an infectious disease.
