Are you having trouble hearing as well? Because if this is the case it is possible you could just have a clog due to ear wax buildup. If it does not go away in a couple days, the best option to get rid of that would be to either go to your local health food store and buy something called an ear candle for about $10, which is a wax candle about a foot long that you stick in your ear and light the other end, allowing the smoke to naturally pull out the ear wax.
If you don't like this solution, you can also go to your doctor and have them take a look. If it is an ear wax build up, they'll just use a syringe and water and force the wax out that way. Doesn't hurt but may make you a little dizzy.

For years I had "stuffy ears" which produced no ear wax, and I had a history of ear infections as a kid. I finally figured out that it was cigarette smoke. I don't support smoking bans, I think the current laws are enough, but even traces of it that I can't even smell cause my throat to produce mucous that I have to swallow, and the tubes connecting my ear to my throat to plug up. A 50/50 mixture of rubbing alcohol and distilled white vinegar 2X daily, esp after showering wards off fungal infections.

if in case you've some fluid in the middle ear, without or with some an infection. I only had this 4 weeks in the past. actually I also misplaced my listening to in that ear. keep attempting to unplug it without q-recommendations. Decongestants helped me. also steam, warm showers, forceful blowing. It takes about 2 weeks to sparkling. I used a warmth compress to the ear also.

You might have an infection from the cold, in which case, you ought to see the doctor and get some antibiotic treatment. They may even flush it out for you.
That woofer is not going to make it any easier and may be a problem, as well.

I think you have fluid build up in your inner ear due to the cold. Get yourself some over the counter decongestant/antihystamine medicine. It should help.
